NYSEG and TrAILCo shall mutually select the Initial Energization Date and the Commercial Operation Date for completion of the System Upgrade Facilities set forth in Appendix A hereto, including Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities, and such dates shall be set forth in Appendix B hereto.
Trial Period – shall be defined as the ten (10) day period from the Initial Energization Date needed for commissioning and testing.
