Energization Date definition

Energization Date means the date upon which the EV Station has been connected to the Electric Utility Power Source and is ready and operational to provide electrical charging services to the general public.
Energization Date or “In Service Date” means the date that the Primary Distribution System and the Line Expansion, if any, is successfully energized by Hydro One.

Examples of Energization Date in a sentence

  • NYSEG and TrAILCo shall mutually select the Initial Energization Date and the Commercial Operation Date for completion of the System Upgrade Facilities set forth in Appendix A hereto, including Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities, and such dates shall be set forth in Appendix B hereto.

  • Trial Period – shall be defined as the ten (10) day period from the Initial Energization Date needed for commissioning and testing.

  • Initial Energization Date – that date which is thirty (30) days from the Outage Start Date.

  • Buyer shall perform, or cause BOP Contractors to perform, the Balance of Plant Work, including achieving Permanent Grid Energization by the Permanent Grid Energization Date, in accordance with the Project Schedule.

  • Except as expressly set out in this Agreement, this Agreement shall be in full force and effect and binding on the parties upon execution by both parties and shall terminate on the 7th anniversary of the Energization Date.

  • Neither the Project Schedule nor any milestone date contained therein, including any Guaranteed Delivery Date or the Permanent Grid Energization Date, may be changed unless the same has been modified by a duly executed Change Order.

  • Initial Energization Date – that date which is not greater than thirty (30) days from the Outage Start Date.

  • RG&E shall submit initial specifications for the RAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Energization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Energization Date unless RG&E and Connecting Transmission Owner agree on another mutually acceptable deadline.

  • Trial Period - shall be defined as the ten (10) day period from the Initial Energization Date needed for commissioning and testing.

Related to Energization Date

  • Formation Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.

  • Transition Date means the date on which this contract comes into effect for all purposes.
