Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.
Ending Stock Price means the average of the closing price of the applicable stock for the 90 calendar days up to and including the last day of the Performance Period.
Ending Value means the average of the values of the Index at the close of the market on five business days shortly before the maturity of the Notes. We may calculate the Ending Value by reference to fewer than five or even by reference to a single day’s closing value if, during the period shortly before the maturity of the Notes, there is a disruption in the trading of the component stocks included in the Index or certain futures or options contracts relating to the Index.
ACCUMULATION UNIT VALUE The value of an Accumulation Unit for a Subaccount of Variable Annuity Account C. Each Subaccount of Variable Annuity Account C has its own Accumulation Unit Value, which may increase or decrease daily based on the investment performance of the applicable underlying Fund in which it invests. Beneficiary (or Beneficiaries): The person designated to receive the death benefit payable under the Contract.
Beginning Stock Price means the average of the closing prices of the Common Stock or the shares of the Peer Group, as applicable, for the 20 trading days ending on the trading date immediately preceding the first day of the Performance Period.
