Ending Stock Price definition

Ending Stock Price means the average of the closing price of the applicable stock for the 90 calendar days up to and including the last day of the Performance Period.

Ending Stock Price means, for purposes of determining the Relative Total Shareholder Return for each of the Company and each company in the Peer Group, respectively, the average closing price per share of common stock based on the twenty (20) trading day period ending immediately prior to (and including, if it is a trading day) December 31, 2021.
