ENDING INDEX VALUE definition

ENDING INDEX VALUE means the average of the values of the Index at the close of the market on five business days before the maturity of the Securities. We may calculate the Ending Index Value by reference to fewer than five or even a single day's closing value if, during the period prior to the maturity date of the Securities, there is a disruption in the trading of the component stocks comprising the Index or certain futures or options relating to the Index.
ENDING INDEX VALUE equals the Closing Value of the BXM Index on the current Trading Day.

  • Index Value means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day:

  • Minimum Index Level means, in respect of a series of bull CBBCs, the lowest Spot Level of the Index during the MCE Valuation Period.

  • Index Price on a given date shall mean the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies composing the Index Group.

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Base Index Figure means (subject to Condition 4.3(i)) the base index figure as specified in the relevant Final Terms;
