End User Software means an end user program which You develop using an Aspose Product and into which one or more of the Redistributables are linked, and which contains significant additional functionality over and above the functionality contained in the Aspose Product.

End User Software means every Software Deliverable with a user interface for external and/or internal end users to allow such users to interface with such Software or a System in which such Software is embedded. For the avoidance of doubt, End User Software includes COTS or SaaS provided by a Subcontractor of hCentive hereunder that includes such an end user interface.

End User Software means the Licensed Product software resident or installed on the End User's personal computer(s) or at the End User's location.

• Lucent may, at any time with ten days advance written notice to Dealer, change the terms of its End User Software License.

• Client shall receive, at no additional charge, all new versions of the Program(s) and revised documentation as well as all enhancements, corrections, and alterations produced by BISYS or received by BISYS from the "BISYS LICENSOR" (as such term is defined in the Software License) so long as Client does not materially breach, and has not materially breached, any provisions of the Services Agreement, the End User Software License Agreement, or this Addendum.

• All such use shall be subject to the terms of the End User Software License attached hereto as Exhibit A.

More Definitions of End User Software

End User Software means the object code version of the Company's standard software for End Users to utilize the Internet Access Service.
