For the purposes of calculating and determining eligibility for the incentive payment, the Substantial Completion date as defined in the applicable GDOT RFP shall be utilized as the date by which the TSI Contractor shall have successfully completed the Integration Test and is ready to perform End to End Testing.
The Contractor may run: (i) the Unit Testing Test Stage and Link Testing Test Stage in parallel; (ii) any Interface Testing and End to End Testing Test Stages in parallel and; (iii) any Enduring Testing Tests in parallel, but may not parallel run any other Test Stages and/or Test Phases unless the DCC agrees in its absolute discretion.
Any insurance policy or any other asset acquired or held by Nalco in connection with the liabilities assumed by it hereunder, will not be deemed to be held under any trust for the benefit of the Executive or the Executive’s beneficiaries or to be security for the performance of the obligations of Nalco, but will be, and remain, a general, unpledged, unrestricted asset of Nalco.
If the SD wishes to use its Data Interchange Interface it must participate in End to End Testing in accordance with this clause 5 on the INMS System and the SD System, and in combination with other CSP systems connected to the INMS System.
