End Point means an application or device through which any End-User might access and/or use any of the Services, including without limitation IP Desk Phones, Desktop Clients, Web Clients, Mobile Applications, and Software Integrations.
Return Accumulation Period means the period from (and including) a Periodic Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the Issue Date) to (but excluding) the next (or, in the case of the first Return Accumulation Period, the first) Periodic Distribution Date;
7-Day Dividend Period means a Dividend Period consisting of seven days.
Quarterly Dividend Period means the quarterly period commencing on and including a Dividend Payment Date and ending on and including the day immediately preceding the next subsequent Dividend Payment Date.
Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
