Enabling Technologies definition

Enabling Technologies means (a) DNA leader sequences, (b) DNA Adjuvants, and/or (c) DNA vectors.
Enabling Technologies means any underlying, enabling or other technologies which are not wholly part of the Licensed Materials, including but not limited to operating systems, communication protocols and cellular and other radio connectivity technologies (e.g. GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE, WLAN 802.11, Wimax), positioning technologies (e.g. A-GPS), hardware, user interfaces (e.g. screen based interaction), near field communication technologies (e.g. NFC) and video coding technologies (e.g. ▇▇▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇, ▇▇▇).
Enabling Technologies means all Busy Box technologies deployed or otherwise required to operate the Site in accordance with the Specifications, and includes all Enabling Technologies licensed under the Master Agreement (as Enabling Technologies is defined therein).

  • This Section 2.3 shall not limit Inovio’s right to use the Delivery Device or Enabling Technologies in connection with other products that are not Research Collaboration Products or 3112 Products.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s) means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP, if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP).

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Technology means all the software, prototypes, devices, drawings, specifications, lab notebooks, manuals, databases, equipment, files, technical memoranda, invention disclosures, patent application files, research studies, testing data, plans, files, formulas, computer programs, data and information, quality control records and procedures, research and development files containing, embodying or revealing the trade secrets, confidential information, and know-how that constitute Intellectual Property.

  • Background Technology means all tools, programs, designs, processes, formulas, techniques, improvements, inventions, works of authorship, software, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, code libraries, algorithms, protocols, routines, subroutines, network systems, machine learning models, Trade Secrets (defined below), and other technology which are: (a) created, developed, owned, or licensed by PickNik prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement; (b) are created, developed, owned, or licensed by PickNik during the term of this Agreement but not delivered as a part of the Software; (c) which have general applicability to PickNik’s business and which are not based on any Company Confidential Information; or (d) modifications of or derivatives to any of the foregoing.
