Employee Communications definition

Employee Communications has the meaning set forth in Section 5.14(q).

Examples of Employee Communications in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Approved Employee Communications with Specified Employees by the Company or its representatives pursuant to and in compliance with the terms and conditions of Section 7.4 of the Master Modification Agreement shall not constitute a violation of this Section 6.2.

  • To the extent Seller consents to any such request, Buyer shall provide Seller with a copy of such Employee Communications, and a reasonable opportunity to review and revise in good faith all such Employee Communications.
