Entitled "Employ Miami-Dade Program" which, among other requirements, provides for the hiring of certain participant listed in the Employ Miami-Dade register.
Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.
FIPPA means the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) and the regulations made under it as it and they may be amended from time to time;
site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;
