EMIR Refit definition

EMIR Refit means Regulation (EU) 2019/834 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Regulation (EU)_648/2012 as regards the clearing obligation, the suspension of the clearing obligation, the reporting requirements, the risk-mitigation techniques for OTC derivative contracts not cleared by a central counterparty, the registration and supervision of trade repositories and the requirements for trade repositories, published on 28 May 2019 in the Official Journal of the European Union, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Pump spray means a packaging system in which the product ingredients within the container are not under pressure and in which the product is expelled only while a pumping action is applied to a button, trigger or other actuator.

  • Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.

  • Dry cleaning facility means a facility engaged in the cleaning of fabrics in an essentially nonaqueous solvent by means of one or more washes in solvent, extraction of excess solvent by spinning, and drying by tumbling in an airstream. The facility includes, but is not limited to, any washer, dryer, filter, and purification systems, waste disposal systems, holding tanks, pumps, and attendant piping and valves.

  • Rear fog lamp means the lamp used to make the vehicle more easily visible from the rear in dense fog;

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of the trunk of a mature tree generally measured at a point four and a half feet above ground level from the uphill side of the tree. For species of trees where the main trunk divides below the 4 ½ foot height, the DBH shall be measured at the highest point before any division.
