Emeritus Mortgage Loan definition

Emeritus Mortgage Loan means the mortgage loan identified on Exhibit G-1 hereto that encumbers one or more of the Tenant Leases.

Examples of Emeritus Mortgage Loan in a sentence

  • If the Emeritus Mortgage Loan is to be purchased as provided in Section 2.3(a) hereof, the Mortgage Loan Assignee shall have the legal power and authority to execute, deliver and perform the Mortgage Loan Assignment.
