Emerging Developer definition

Emerging Developer means a developer who:
Emerging Developer means an entity that meets the definition as set forth by Multifamily Housing Program (MHP) Final Guidelines, Appendix A.
Emerging Developer means a nonprofit organization, including a Tribal Entity, that has developed at least one (1) but not more than three (3) Projects that are equivalent to the Proposed Project in size, scale, amenity, and target population.

Emerging Developer means an entity that has developed, owned, or operated at least one (1) but not more than three (3) affordable housing developments that are equivalent to the proposed affordable housing development in size, scale, amenity, and target population, as determined by the Department in its reasonable discretion. The Department may determine experience by evaluating the experience of the entity itself, and/or the experience of senior staff within the organization.
Emerging Developer means a real estate professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, in the process of completing or having completed at least 1 and up to 20 units of housing in one or more of the following roles/capacities:

  • Strategic Partner means a strategic partner described in 22 USC 8601 to 8606.

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • UCITS management company means a management company as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) 1;
