Emergency relief means the structure on the user’s land has been damaged or destroyed such that ninety percent (90%) or more of the total ERUs cannot reasonably be used to contribute to the CSWRD treatment works. Upon request, the user shall provide a copy of a fire or demolition report or the appropriate documentation to substantiate the user’s claim.

Emergency relief. ’ means those activities intended to address a need which, if left unattended, may result in significant consequences for victims. Emergency relief may include assistance required immediately following the crime as well as activities needed during the investigation and prosecution of an act of terrorism or mass violence.

Emergency relief means an operation in which a motor carrier or driver of a commercial motor vehicle is providing direct assistance to supplement State and local efforts and capabilities to save lives or property or to protect public health and safety as a result of an emergency as defined in this Section.
