Emergency medical situations definition

Emergency medical situations means those situations where immediate services are required for the alleviation of severe pain, or immediate diagnosis and treatment of unforeseeable medical conditions are required, if such conditions would lead to serious disability or death if not immediately diagnosed and treated.

Emergency medical situations. Participant recognizes that as a result of participation in the Retreat, medical treatment on an emergency basis may be necessary. Participant further recognizes that Divinely Inspired Living Media LLC may be unable to obtain consent to assist, as practicable, in obtaining emergency medical care at the time of the emergency. Should Divinely Inspired Living Media LLC undertake emergency actions, Participant agrees Divinely Inspired Living Media LLC should be protected from liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
