If you qualify as a Premium or Elite Member (per the requirements set forth on the Program Benefits page of the Member Portal), Dell agrees to grant you a limited, revocable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, royalty free, non-exclusive license to use its name, logo, and trade and service marks (the “Dell Marks”) for the purpose of accurately identifying the Dell products and related services and describing the Program to End Customers in accordance with these Terms.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Elite Member family profiles will be made visible on the AFMC website and Client may submit their family PDF profile and letter instantly to a particular Expectant Parent or Representative.
