Elite Member means a Member whose Membership Level as set forth in such Mem- ber’s Purchase Agreement is designated as “Elite.”

Examples of Elite Member in a sentence

  • If you qualify as a Premium or Elite Member (per the requirements set forth on the Program Benefits page of the Member Portal), Dell agrees to grant you a limited, revocable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, royalty free, non-exclusive license to use its name, logo, and trade and service marks (the “Dell Marks”) for the purpose of accurately identifying the Dell products and related services and describing the Program to End Customers in accordance with these Terms.

Related to Elite Member

  • Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;

  • Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.

  • Active member means a member of the pension program or the individual account program

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
