Eligible Expenditure Program definition

Eligible Expenditure Program or “EEP” means a set of defined expenditures for goods, non-consultant services, consultants’ services and operating costs incurred by the Borrower under the budget lines specified in Schedule 4 to this Agreement (and thus constitutes a subset of the Eligible Expenditures defined in the General Conditions).
