  • In no event shall ELES and/or APG be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any other indirect inci- dental, special or consequential damages of any kind.

  • Rights Document (hereinafter referred to as “RD”): Electronic notification sent to both TSOs and relevant ITR by ELES as a result of Users Intraday Capacity reservation.

  • Scheduling Platform (hereinafter referred to as “SP”): IT system used by ELES to allocate available transmission intraday capacity rights on the Slovenia-Austria interconnection.

  • Proceedings related to this Intraday Capacity Access Rules may be discontinued or interrupted by ELES and/or APG at any time without prior notice - be it temporarily in case of technical failures, or permanently (e.g. change of capacity allocation method).

  • Cook means an employee who grills food on a salamander, stove, hot plate or barbecue type cooker and shall include preparing, frying or cooking fish or chicken or cooking pizzas.
