Electronic Transaction Rule definition

Electronic Transaction Rule means the final regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services concerning standard transactions and code sets under 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 162.
Electronic Transaction Rule means the final regulations issued by HHS concerning standard transactions and code sets under 45 CFR Parts 160 and 162.
