Electronic Edition definition

Electronic Edition as used in this Agreement, shall refer to any Edition of the Work that is sold, distributed, or accessed in an electronic or digital format, whether .pdf, Mobi, ePub, or any other electronic or digital format now known or hereafter discovered or created, using any process or technology for retrieving, transmitting, displaying, or delivering electronic or digital content.
Electronic Edition of the Magazine means an edition of an issue of the Magazine that is published in visual form for reading by any electronic means of storage, retrieval, distribution or transmission; provided, however, that such Electronic Edition shall be a “straight from print” version and shall not include other features or functionality unless the parties mutually agree upon otherwise in writing. Such Electronic Edition shall not, without the prior written consent of MSO: (i) add or delete MSO Content and/or other material from the print edition of such issue of the Magazine; (ii) provide any interactive features, other than as delivered by MSO to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; and/or (iii) provide any links to any other content or material.

  • You agree to pay a non-refundable license fee of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for the right to use the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, for a period of three years thereafter, neither You, nor Your family, employees, partners, officers or directors shall directly or indirectly participate as an owner, director, partner, consultant, agent, employee, advisor, officer or serve in any other capacity in any other business or entity engaged in the use of Physio-Neuro therapy programs and products which are the same as or similar to Our IQ Express TM Electronic Edition.

  • This license confers upon Licensee the right to use the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition at a single location for the private educational benefit of Your immediate family.

  • A private person who enrolls in the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition for his/her own use or for use with their immediate family.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the continuing performance by You of Your obligations hereunder, You shall have, during the term hereto, the right to use the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition.

  • You are only allowed to use the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition as described herein.

  • You have done Your own investigation, due diligence and evaluations regarding the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition and have made Your own independent determination of its value.

  • Confidential information as used herein means all Techniques, forms, procedures, information and instruction pertaining to the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition and other matters subject of this Agreement which are disclosed by Us to You.

  • The Agreement and the use of the IQ Express TM Electronic Edition is effective as of the date of purchase and shall continue for a period of eight (8) months.

Electronic Bonding allows electronic access to services which have traditionally been handled through manual means. The heart of Electronic Bonding is strict adherence to both International and National standards. These standards define the communication and data protocols allowing all organizations in the world to exchange information.

  • Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank and any of its respective Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.
