Electrolytic Defendants definition

Electrolytic Defendants means the entities named as defendants in any of the Electrolytic Proceedings as set out in Schedule “A” to this Settlement Agreement, and any Persons added as defendants in the Electrolytic Proceedings in the future. For greater certainty, Electrolytic Defendants includes, without limitation, the Settling Defendants.

Examples of Electrolytic Defendants in a sentence
