Electric Power Generation Company definition

Electric Power Generation Company means any natural person or legal entity engaged in the production or generation of electric power in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. This term shall include cogenerators already established in Puerto Rico that supply energy to PREPA through a Power Purchase Agreement, and renewable energy producers.
