Ejected definition

Ejected or “Ejection” means (a) the lawful divestment, in whole or in part, of the Title to the Land or (b) the lawful prevention of the use of the Land or any Electricity Facility or Severable Improvement, as applicable, in either case as a result of a matter covered by this policy.

  • If an Exhibitor displays/sells unapproved items during the Street Fair (after said application was accepted based on the items originally listed in the application form as submitted), the Exhibitor will be asked to cease and desist such activity and may be asked to vacate the premises or be Ejected.

  • Unauthorized workers will be Ejected from the Premises and not permitted back in the absence of the written permission of the Owner.

  • Ejected players will participate in extra conditioning in addition to league consequences.

  • Expel or "Expulsion" means a disciplinary removal from school for 60 or more school days.
