EGEM definition

EGEM means Enerplus Global Energy Management Company, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Fund which, prior to its acquisition by Enerplus from a third party, provided management and administrative services to Enerplus;
EGEM means Enerplus Global Energy Management Company, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Fund and, prior to its acquisition by Enerplus, the former manager of Enerplus pursuant to the Management Agreement;
