Effective date I Activation date means notwithstanding the date of signature of the application form, the date of activation. Activation date can only be on the 1st of a calendar month. Usage Prior to contract effective date will be billed at pro-rata service rates for the initial usage on the specific service.

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

  • Increase Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(d).

  • Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.

  • Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means, unless otherwise extended pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.14, the Payment Date occurring in May 2024.

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.
