ECP Agent definition

ECP Agent means [ECP AGENT], acting as issuing and paying agent for ECP Notes, and any successor or additional agent appointed by the Issuers and the Guarantor in accordance with the ECP Agency Agreement;
ECP Agent means each issue agent, paying agent, calculation agent, transfer agent, exchange agent, reference agent, registrar, depositary, cash manager, note trustee or other similar agent, depositary or trustee acting as an agent under an ECP Document;
ECP Agent means • acting as issuing and paying agent for ECP Notes and any successor or additional agent appointed by the Issuer in accordance with the ECP Agency Agreement;

Examples of ECP Agent in a sentence

  • If, for any reason, the Calculation Agent ceases to act as such or fails to comply with its obligations under Clause 3, the Issuer shall appoint the ECP Agent as calculation agent in respect of the Relevant Index Linked Notes.

  • Copies of the confirmation from the ECP Agent and the USCP Agent that the relevant forms of ECP Global Note and the DTC Master Note, as the case may be, have been prepared, executed and delivered to it.
