ECEAP definition

ECEAP means the Early Childhood Education and Assistance program, as established by Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 43.215.400-450 and Chapter 170-100 Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

  • Children who are eligible for ECEAP are not automatically enrolled in ECEAP.

  • This includes salaries and benefits for direct service personnel, goods and services, equipment, facilities, child transportation, training, travel, and other costs related to direct ECEAP services.

  • Sites not rated Level 4 or 5 after completion of the remedial activity period will not be funded for ECEAP in the following state fiscal year with the exception of licensed sites rated Level 3 where all ECEAP classrooms were certified in state fiscal year 2016.

  • Stillbirth means an unintended fetal death occurring after a gestation period of 20 completed weeks or more or an unintended fetal death of a fetus with a weight of 350 or more grams.

  • Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section(s) or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, and which will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility electric service requirements.

  • Preschool child means a child who is three years old or older but is not a school child.

  • Young adult means a person aged 18 through 20 years.

  • Double check valve assembly means an assembly composed of two single, independently acting, check valves including tightly closing shutoff valves located at each end of the assembly and suitable connections for testing the water tightness of each check valve.

  • MBE means a Minority Business Enterprise.

  • Small Business Enterprise (SBE) means a business that is certified as an SBE under this program or the following similar programs and meeting the below economic thresholds (Section III “Economic Size Standards”).

  • Glass cleaner means a cleaning product designed primarily for cleaning surfaces made of glass. Glass cleaner does not include products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning optical materials used in eyeglasses, photographic equipment, scientific equipment and photocopying machines.

  • Gasohol means a blended fuel composed of gasoline and fuel grade ethanol.

  • CPD means verifiable continuing professional development, as described in the General Dental Council's publication of April 2000, "Lifelong Learning – Taking Dentistry Forward", and may include attendance at approved postgraduate education courses but does not include any quality improvement activities within the meaning of paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 in respect of which he is claiming an allowance in accordance with Determination XI of this Statement;

  • Skilled journeyperson means a worker who either:
