Early intervention provider definition
Early intervention provider means an individual who is qualified, as defined by the lead agency, to provide one or more types of early intervention services, and who has enrolled as a provider in the early intervention program.

Early intervention provider means an organization or individual that provides any service(s) covered under these regulations (including the requirements of the New Mexico Department of Health, the Department of Human Services, and the Children, Youth and Families Department), meets the requirements established for early intervention services, and has either been certified as a provider of early intervention services by the Department of Health or provides services through an intra-agency or inter-agency agreement with that Department.
