The European Association of Hospital Pharmacists (EAHP) is the only association of national organisations representing hospital pharmacists at European and international levels.
EAHP represents and develops the hospital pharmacy profession within Europe to ensure the continuous improvement of care and outcomes for patients in the hospital setting.
To ▇▇▇▇▇▇ further collaboration on common topics and policies EAHP and ESOP will set up channels of communication to discuss and take forward any opportunities in the areas of cooperation identified below.
