E rror definition

E rror means any reproducible failure of the Software to operate in all material respects in accordance with the specifications of Section II of the SLA and, to the extent consistent with and not limiting of the specifications of Section II of the SLA; including any problem, failure or error that does not include any customer action or failure to take a required action; any other software, hardware, facilities ; or equipment that the Service Provider has not supplied or approved for use by the Customer (other than third party equipment within our direct control);

  • Applicable L/C Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable with respect to outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Cost Allocation Plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.

  • Non-potable water means water not safe for drinking, personal, or culinary use as determined by the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604.
