No right, license, or interest to such marks is granted hereunder, and you agree that no such right, license, or interest shall be asserted by you with respect to such trademarks or service marks. Licensor has and retains copyrights in the Technology and User Documentation. All title and copyrights in and to the Technology (including without limitation, any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and 'applets' incorporated into the Technology) are owned by Licensor.   • Scan means the complete process of collecting x-ray transmission data for the production of a tomogram. Data can be collected simultaneously during a single scan for the production of one or more tomograms.

  • Counterparts This Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Contract may be executed by facsimile or other electronic communication and this procedure shall be as effective as signing and delivering an original copy.
