DVBE Declaration definition

DVBE Declaration means the declaration completed by each DVBE associated with a bid.

  • Relevant Declaration means the declaration relevant to the Shareholder as set out in Schedule 2B of the Taxes Act.

Control does not exist if the powers described in this subsection (1) are held solely as security for an obligation and are not exercised.

  • Original Declaration of Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Declaration of Trust;
