  • In order to achieve the purposes of the previous paragraph of this Article, Customer provides in process a “Documento Unico di Valutazione dei Rischi Interferenziali” (DUVRI), which is attached to this Agreement, and sets out the measures adopted to eliminate or at least minimize the risk of interference.

  • DUVRI contains a description of working areas with specific reference to the cost related to solve possible safety issues in relation to the Services executed by the Supplier.

  • In particular, the meeting of the Parties has focused on the DUVRI (or information) as attached to the Proposal; the Parties have confirmed and/or identified further interferences and then, whenever necessary, have jointly integrated prevention and protection measures intended for the elimination and/or minimization thereof; such measures have then been introduced and supplemented in the DUVRI as attached to the Contract.

  • In particular, PV declares and undertakes to cause the External Service Providers to declare to have full knowledge of the health and safety plan (DUVRI) attached as ANNEX 4.2.G, and undertakes to comply and cause the External Service Providers to comply with its provisions, where applicable, and to integrate the health and safety measures provided under such DUVRI where required, from time to time, on the basis of the specific activities to be performed at Site.

  • The Organiser must forward this document and the DUVRI referred to in point 1.13 to Exhibitors, Installers and/or companies operating inside Palazzo dei Congressi and the Ex-GAM.

  • In compliance with Article 26.5 of Decree 81/2008, the costs for workplace safety linked to this Contract, as per the Interference Risk Document (DUVRI) are €3,000.00 (Euro three thousand only).

  • The Reference person for Safety on site shall: - always be present on site, even when there is only one worker of the company; - check and monitor the enforcement of the POS and of the PSC / of the PSL and of the DUVRI; - act in the name and on behalf of his/her company on all safety matters and interface with the Coordinator for Safety during Execution / Responsible of the Service for Prevention and Protection and Responsible for Works and/or Responsible for the Process.

  • CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;
