Due expedition definition

Due expedition means such expedition as would be shown by a competent prosecutor conscious of his duty to ensure that the retrial proceedings are brought under judicial control and that the retrial takes place as soon as reasonably practicable.
Due expedition means at sufficient speed to carry out the various elements of the Project by the milestone dates in the application form at Schedule 1 and Annex 1 of this Agreement within the timescales agreed and in any event no later than [ ].

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Date of Practical Completion means the date certified in the QBCC Form 7 - Certificate of Practical Completion in accordance with Condition 28.

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Professional surveyor means a person who, by reason of knowledge of law, mathematics, physical sciences, and techniques of measuring acquired by professional education and practical experience, is qualified to engage in the practice of professional surveying.
