DSM Project definition

DSM Project means the demand-side management project to be constructed, developed and operated by the Supplier, as summarized in Exhibit A and described in the Proposal, and includes the Operating Equipment and the Load. For certainty, if the demand-side management project consists of an aggregation of multiple Loads, then the DSM Project shall be comprised of the aggregate all of such Loads.

Examples of DSM Project in a sentence

  • If the DSM Project requires the participation of third party loads, delivery to the Buyer of a certificate addressed to it from the DSM Verification Consultant, stating that the Supplier has executed DSM Third Party Agreements as collectively represent 80% of the DSM Project Equivalent Capacity, which shall occur no later than one year prior to the milestone for Commercial Operation.

  • The Supplier shall not participate in any voluntary programs with respect to any Environmental Attributes associated with the DSM Project without the prior written consent of the Buyer, which consent may be unreasonably withheld.

Related to DSM Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Condominium project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.
