Drug Candidate means any and all Compounds, discovered by SP in the course of conducting the Hepatitis B Research Program or the Dimerescent Receptor Research Program including all formulations, mixtures or compositions thereof discovered by SP in the Hepatitis B Research Program or the Dimerescent Receptor Research Program that meets the criteria specified for acceptance in SCHEDULES 1.10 AND 1.19.
