  • The Certificate Holder shall not undertake construction in previously undisturbed areas where archeological surveys have not been completed until such time as the appropriate authorities, including New York State Office of Parks Recreation & Historic Preservation (“OPRHP”) and DPS Staff, have reviewed the results of any additional historic properties and archeological surveys that are required.

Related to DPS Staff

  • Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.

  • Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;
