The Certificate Holder shall not undertake construction in previously undisturbed areas where archeological surveys have not been completed until such time as the appropriate authorities, including New York State Office of Parks Recreation & Historic Preservation (“OPRHP”) and DPS Staff, have reviewed the results of any additional historic properties and archeological surveys that are required.
Within 24 hours of such discovery, the Certificate Holder shall notify and seek to consult with DPS Staff and the OPRHP Field Services Bureau to determine the best course of action.
