DLC Documents means the Equalization and Governance Agreement, the SVE Special Voting Deed, the Carnival Amended Articles, the Carnival Amended
DLC Documents means the agreements, deeds, instruments and constituent documents related to the Company and Carnival plc, as amended from time to time, establishing the dual listed company structure between the Company and Carnival plc entered into as contemplated by the Offer and Implementation Agreement between the Company and Carnival plc dated 8th January, 2003 namely the SVE Special Voting Deed, Carnival Corporation's Articles and By-Laws, Carnival plc's Memorandum and Articles, the Carnival Corporation Deed of Guarantee, the P&O Princess Guarantee (as each such expression is defined in the Equalisation and Governance Agreement), the deed between the Company and P&O Princess Cruises plc dated 17th April, 2003, the pairing agreement between the Company, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Cayman) Limited and SunTrust Bank dated 17th April, 2003, the P&O Princess special voting trust deed made between the Company and the Law Debenture Trust Corporation (Cayman) Limited dated 17th April, 2003 and the Equalisation and Governance Agreement.
DLC Documents means the collective reference to the Acquisition Agreement, the DLC Interconnection Agreements, the DLC Must-Run Agreements, the POLR Agreement, the POLR II Agreement and the DLC Easement and Attachment Agreement.

  • Nothing in this Agreement or the DLC Documents will mean or be taken to imply that P&O Princess or Carnival have agreed to dispose of or to acquire any interest in the assets or undertakings of either of them.

DLC Documents means the Equalization and Governance Agreement, the SVE Special Voting Deed, the Carnival Amended Articles, the Carnival Amended By-Laws, the P&O Princess Amended Memorandum, the P&O Princess Amended Articles, the Carnival SVC constituent documents, the P&O Princess SVT constituent documents, the Deeds of Guarantee, the Carnival Deed, the Pairing Agreement and any other document or instrument the parties agree is a DLC Document.

Related to DLC Documents

  • LC Documents means all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit but excluding the Letters of Credit.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • Public Documents As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.
