Annually by October 1, the District shall publish to staff a directory that contains the following information unless a member requests it to be withheld: Name; Home Address; Phone Numbers provided to the District; Personal Email provided to the District; Work Email; and Work Site.
Contractor must notify the District Work Authorization Manager if either a) the agreed-upon budget or b) the expiration date of a Work Authorization needs to be amended prior to exceeding the agreed-upon budget or the expiration date of a Work Authorization.
