District Offices definition

District Offices means the offices of the Borrower’s Ministry of Education established at the level of school districts (Direcciones Distritales) pursuant to the Borrower’s Law No. 66-97, dated April 9, 1997 (Ley Orgánica de Educación de la República Dominicana).
District Offices means the Regional Transport Offices headed by the Regional Transport Officers and includes the Office of the Principal, Driving Training School, Offices of Deputy Commissioner, Transport (Zonal) and Offices of Transport Magistrate ;
District Offices means the District’s offices located at 105 Lower Ganges Road, Salt Spring Island, BC;

District Offices means the District Offices of the Organization established in any place outside the town where the headquarters of Organization are situated, and this term includes Offices and Services of this town;

  • district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
