Distributor License definition

Distributor License means a license issued by the County to procure, sell, and transport cannabis and cannabis products pursuant to an authorized Annual State License with an A-License or M-License designation.
Distributor License means a license issued by DFPEI under the terms of this order;
Distributor License means a license issued by the Commissioner to a distributor which authorizes the distributor to engage in the commercial activities described in section 2.10 above.

  • Purchases of prescription (Rx) drugs or medical devices from Medline, requires a copy of one of the following: Facility Pharmacy License; Institutional Pharmacy License; Wholesale Drug (or Device) Distributor License (both, if your state has separate licenses for drugs/devices); Physician Authorization Form (and a copy of the physician/medical directors license), Teaching Institution Letter (to certify RX products are used for teaching purpose), and other authorization as required by your state.

  • Examples of acceptable licenses are Facility Pharmacy License; Institutional Pharmacy License; Wholesale Drug (or Device) Distributor License (both, if your state has separate licenses for drugs/devices); and a Physician Authorization Form with a copy of the physician/medical director’s license.

  • Licensee and its Distributors shall use commercially reasonable efforts to enforce each Distributor License Agreement and End User License Agreement, whichever may be relevant, with at least the same degree of diligence used in enforcing similar agreements covering others, which in any event shall be sufficient to adequately enforce such agreements.

  • A party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other party or by the cancellation of their Motor Fuel Distributor License.

  • Licensee shall procure from each of its Distributors an executed copy of a distribution license (Distributor License Agreement) sufficient to ensure that such Distributors are required to comply with the relevant terms of this Agreement.

  • Licensee acknowledges that Licensor holds the Exclusive United States Distributor License, granted by XyclonyX.

  • Noble and Licensee have previously entered into that certain License Agreement, dated March 19, 2012, and amended from time to time, pursuant to which Noble has granted to Licensee, a limited exclusive right and license as more particularly defined in the Distributor License Agreement.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
