No Authorized Distributor, agent, affiliate or representative of SKIDATA is authorized to alter or exceed the warranty obligations of SKIDATA as set forth herein.
No LINKON Distributor, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty.
Distributor representative means a representative similarly employed by a distributor, distributor branch, or wholesaler.
Vendor Agent - means any person mandated by a prime vendor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the prime vendor and thereby acquire rights for the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture against CIPC or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the prime vendor or consortium/joint venture in favour of CIPC or an organ of state.
Distributor means a person who distributes.
Distributor branch means a branch office similarly maintained by a distributor for the same purposes a factory branch is maintained.
Contractor Agent - means any person mandated by a Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture to do business for and on behalf of, or to represent in a business transaction, the Prime Contractor and thereby acquire rights for the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture against NHLS or an organ of state and incur obligations binding the Prime Contractor or consortium/joint venture in favour of NHLS or an organ of state.
