Distribution Server definition

Distribution Server means a server computer from which Certified Applications may be distributed to Customers. The Parties acknowledge that a Distribution Server may be owned by Motorola or by a Motorola-approved third party. The Parties also acknowledge that the Certified Applications may be hosted on one or more Distribution Servers by Motorola or a Motorola-approved third party(ies).

  • Motorola may remove any Certified Application from any Distribution Server or otherwise refuse to distribute any Application at any time in its reasonable discretion.

  • Refers to the ability of Verisign to respond to requests from a Root Server Operator to transfer a Root Zone File from a Root Zone File Distribution Server.

  • Verisign shall notify ICANN within one (1) hour from Verisign’s confirmation that a Root Server Operator is unable to access at least one of the Root Zone File Distribution Server to request the Root Zone File in accordance with Section 2(b) below.
