Distributable Excess Minimum Cash definition

Distributable Excess Minimum Cash means the Excess Minimum Cash, less the Reserved Excess Minimum Cash, to be distributed Pro Rata on the Effective Date to holders of Allowed Claims in Classes 5B, 5C, 5D, 5E and 5F that are not Disputed Claims as of the Effective Date pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
Distributable Excess Minimum Cash means the Excess Minimum Cash, less the Reserved Excess Minimum Cash, to be distributed Pro Rata on the Effective Date to holders of Allowed Claims in Class 5B.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. No person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation (within the meaning of Section 11(f) of the Securities Act) shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who was not guilty of such fraudulent misrepresentation. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • REMIC I Available Distribution Amount For each Loan Group for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group:
