Dissolution Declaration Date definition

Dissolution Declaration Date means, in relation to the Senior Sukuk Wakalah, the date a Dissolution Event (as defined in the paragraph entitled “Events of default or enforcement events, where applicable, including recourse available to investors”) has been declared by the Sukuk Trustee.
Dissolution Declaration Date means the date on which the Sukuk Trustee declare that a Dissolution Event has occurred, in accordance with the provisions of the transaction documents.
Dissolution Declaration Date means the date on which the Sukuk Trustee, by written notice to the Issuer, declares that a Dissolution Event (as defined in the section entitled “Events of default or enforcement events, where applicable, including recourse available to investors”) has occurred.

Related to Dissolution Declaration Date

  • Dissolution Date means, as the case may be:

  • Dissolution Event means (i) a voluntary termination of operations, (ii) a general assignment for the benefit of the Company’s creditors or (iii) any other liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Company (excluding a Liquidity Event), whether voluntary or involuntary.

  • Rights Dividend Declaration Date shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals at the beginning of this Agreement.

  • Winding Up Period means the period from the Dissolution Event to the Termination of the Company.

  • Liquidation Date means (a) in the case of an event giving rise to the dissolution of the Partnership of the type described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first sentence of Section 12.2, the date on which the applicable time period during which the holders of Outstanding Units have the right to elect to continue the business of the Partnership has expired without such an election being made, and (b) in the case of any other event giving rise to the dissolution of the Partnership, the date on which such event occurs.
