Disputed Variation Order definition
Disputed Variation Order means a Variation Order issued in accordance with Art. 16.2.
Disputed Variation Order means a document issued in accordance with Article 16.2;
Variation Order means any written order, identified as such issued to the Contractor by the Employer under Sub Clause 31.1.
