For purposes of this paragraph “Impositions” means all taxes, including personal property taxes and fees, without pro-ration as described in the Financial Disclosure Summary Work Sheet (Attachment 1) hereafter imposed, assessed or payable during the term of the relevant Schedule including any extension thereof.
