Disassembly Service definition

Disassembly Service means the disassembly services to be provided by Interactive, as set out in clause 2.2. Equipment means the Customer’s hardware devices listed in the Equipment List.

Related to Disassembly Service

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • Fireworks means consumer fireworks, display fireworks, and pyrotechnic special effects fireworks;

  • Assembly means the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union;

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.
