Directory Advertising definition

Directory Advertising means Publisher’s foreign and local White Page advertising, Yellow Page advertising and other related Publishing Services agreed upon in writing by the Parties.
Directory Advertising means any advertising purchased from, or provided without cost by, Publisher for inclusion in a Print Directory, including (i) Premium Advertising Products, (ii) standard classified advertising and other advertising in Yellow Pages Directories, such as display advertising and in-column advertisements, foreign classified listings and listings under additional headings in Yellow Pages Directories and (iii) offerings of a directional or promotional nature in White Pages Directories, including, without limitation, in-column advertisements, but excluding Telco-Sold White Pages Products.
Directory Advertising means Directory Advertising, Inc., a Michigan corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of FTD.

  • QuantumShift acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not cover the provision of Directory advertising, and QuantumShift expressly acknowledges that any purchase of Directory advertising shall be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of CenturyLink’s standard Contract for Directory Advertising Services, and at the prices which CenturyLink may have in effect from time to time.

  • CenturyLink QCC acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not cover the provision of Directory advertising, and CenturyLink QCC expressly acknowledges that any purchase of Directory advertising shall be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of CenturyLink’s standard Contract for Directory Advertising Services, and at the prices which CenturyLink may have in effect from time to time.

  • MetTel acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not cover the provision of Directory advertising, and MetTel expressly acknowledges that any purchase of Directory advertising shall be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of CenturyLink’s standard Contract for Directory Advertising Services, and at the prices which CenturyLink may have in effect from time to time.

  • If an individual has been assigned to a Directory Advertising Consultant – Telephone position for less than twenty-six (26) full pay periods, the basic hourly rate calculation shall be based on the earnings and paid hours after a minimum of six (6) payroll periods have been completed in the position.

  • Outdoor advertising means the act or process of notifying, warning, informing, making known or any other act of transferring information in a visible manner and which takes place out of doors;

"Targeted advertising" does not include any advertising to a student on an Internet web site based on the content of the web page or in response to a student's response or request for information or feedback.

  • Political advertising means a communication supporting or opposing a candidate for nomination or election to a public office or office of a political party, a political party, a public officer, or a measure that:

  • Public Advertisement means an announcement dated 21.01.2021 in newspaper(s) inviting an expression of interest from the Bidders, who shall submit their Bid to participate in the liquidation process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations;
