Director warrants that he had fully disclosed his professional background and in reliance of his resume of experience THE COMPANY has offered this Directorship, that he delivered to THE COMPANY a completed and signed Director Questionnaire, that no other party has exclusive rights to his services in the specific areas described and that Director is in no way compromising any rights or trust between any other party and Director or creating a conflict of interest.
