Director Questionnaire definition

Director Questionnaire means, collectively, a written questionnaire, representation and agreement in a form to be provided by the Secretary upon written request of any stockholder of record within 10 days of such request that is to be completed by a Stockholder Nominee, and any such other information as the Corporation may reasonably request to determine the eligibility of a Stockholder Nominee to serve as a director of the Corporation.
